Before subscribing it should be known that:
The last day of work is not forced to be the last day of project;
If you cannot participate during all the period of the work camps, please let us know at your registration;
We will be thankful if the volunteers would have the generosity to bring some materials for the work camps.
Accommodation:
The volunteers will live in a public school or a house this community life is an advantage to discover the other cultures of the volunteers of various countries and will facilitate the preparation for the projects.
Introduction days:
The first Three days called the introduction days. These days are organized by the Association to inform directly the volunteers make them use to the culture and their new life's environment.
Arabic courses:
If you are interested by the Arabic language, a professor will be charged to give to the volunteers courses, with a diversified program which enables you to learn more about the language and the culture.
CAMP NEW YEAR'S EVE DEDICATED TO VOLUNTEERING PROJECTS

If you want to volunteer and be the first to enjoy the new year in a supportive way, this is your place. In Association AVEC you can participate in our community development project from December the 27th until January the 4th , where you can integrate into a team of volunteer activities with children / as in poor areas of Morocco, living with local families, Share your experience with peers and voluntary partners, soak up the culture and lifestyle of the country, live in a completely different social reality.
First learning and then providing your help as a volunteer in the following activities:
- experience exchange between volunteers
- Support for entertainment and activities with children.
- Painting and Decoration.
- Arabic classes will be taught to all volunteers.
- Camel Tours in the desert of Merzouga.
- Dinner and New Year's Eve party at a hotel with music group.
TRAVEL CONDITIONS
Accommodation:
The volunteers will stay in a house. You will live with other volunteers and Moroccan coordinators. There will be three meals cooked each day by a local Moroccan woman.
Fees:
The cost of participation . This includes accommodation,Residence,meals and materials for the projects.
Not included:
Airfare, medical insurance, airport pickup Casablanca or Marrakech or tanger or rabat and excursions.
Insurance:
Volunteers are strongly suggested and recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance coverings at least illness; accidents; medical costs; lost baggage; cancelled flights and so on.

CAMP HOLY WEEK DEDICATED TO VOLUNTEERING PROJECTS
FROM APRIL 09 UNTIL APRIL 16
The association AVEC prepares a solidarity camp for volunteers at Easter from April 09 until April 16 at a local community in Ouarzazate region (Morocco).
We want you to live a new, consistent experience with responsible tourism and awareness about new realities.
The key to this trip lies in the direct coexistence with this community and enjoyment of small activities organized for employees.
We've spent years doing this work, and we can assure you that this trip will not leave you indifferent.
The project consists of different activities:
- experience exchange between volunteers
- painting and decorating with handicapped
- Support for entertainment and educational activities with children
- Painting, gardening and restoration of the school community in the area of Ouarzazate
- Excursion on camels through the desert of Merzouga.
- Dinner and holy week party with music group gnawa in desert.

Why this project?
According to the low standard of living of the families which does not allow to offer to their children the advisability of travelling and of leaving the city. Most of them are hanging out in the street, or are trying to do a small trade to increase the output of their families.
We truly believe that this is not a life for children. We offer them the possibility to spend some fun and amusement time, with physics game or manual activities.
Way of working:
By Group, according to their age, to permit a good balanced in the activities, divides the children. Each groups will be animated by a group of volunteers accompanied by a Moroccan coordinator who will be an intermediary in order to ensure the good communication of the volunteers with the children.

Why this project?
Indeed the majority of the schools of the area are in a bad condition what especially has a constraint of the course of the courses in winter, whereas we try to paint and decorate and repair the windows of the classes in order to prepare an ideal space for the child.
Step of work:
A coordinator who shows them what they will have to paint, the phases of work, and the connection with the colours and the topic, which will be selected, will accompany.
